Diedrie Noble Park Service Manager

Diedrie Muralidharan

I’m thrilled to join the team at Story House Noble Park. Looking back at my foundations in my early learning career, I completed Advance Diploma Community Sector Management and Diploma of Children’s Service, I also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing UK. Ever since I joined the Early Learning Sector, I developed a great passion to work with children and families, Children bring you so much joy, love, and peace, the one career that keeps a smile on your face.

Having worked with all age groups, and completing 14 years in the sector, I have seen every facet of early learning from being an Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, and Centre Director. It has been an incredible journey helping centres grow from meeting to exceeding in many areas and to help families navigate the early years for their children.

My teaching style is driven by respecting each child no matter what cultural background, listening to each child’s voice, parent participation and strong connections to our community values.

The best part of my job as Service Manager is to mentor other educators and be committed to role model positivity within the team, in order that they will in turn help children establish the building blocks for a successful lifetime of learning.

I am glad to work with a passionate team of educators who believe in allowing children to develop skills in their own time through engaging, inspiring, challenging, supportive and fun learning programs. Many of our educators are bi-lingual and bring forth a variety of qualifications and experience to the team.

I am committed to providing a personalized experience for families and children from when they arrive at our Centre until they leave. We welcome them with a warm smile and greeting on arrival, and I am always happy to listen, chat and offer advice. We at Story House Noble Park look forward to embarking on this wonderful journey with you and your child.
