New Service Manager at Offspring – A Real People Person

This week, Offspring Early Learning Centre welcomed Deb Lynch as their new Service Manager. Deb joins the Offspring team as a real people person!

Deb comes to the Story House team having previously held Centre Manager positions at Affinity Education Group, Lead Educator at Squiggles Early Learning Centre and as a private nanny for a professional working couple.

With a wealth of experience in managing childcare services and developing quality educational programs, Deb prides herself on providing an exceptional customer experience to her team and to families.

Deb’s outstanding customer service and people skills were enhanced during her years as a Flight Attendant with Virgin Australia and as a Real Estate Property Manager where she promoted a cohesive, professional, and fun workplace.  Her ‘can-do’ attitude toward all tasks and ability to create a positive atmosphere for team members and families is what will make her an extraordinary manager.

Offspring Early Learning Centre is located along the coastal suburbs of Kingscliff, Salt, Casuarina, Fingal, Banora Point, Terranora, Murwillumbah, Pottsville and Tweed Heads.
