Story House Early Learning Kew is a beautiful place that is unique and filled with so much character. Our location is not only a great place to play but its character inspires the creativity of our children’s imaginations and facilitates a learning environment where children can thrive. Our services include meals that are curated to each individual child’s taste, dietary requirements, and cultural considerations so you can rest assured that your child will be well looked after. Kew Kids is also dedicated to providing school readiness programs and approaching learning differently so that every child can grow in a safe and encouraging environment.

Our daughter has attended Kew Kids for over a year now and she could not be happier there. Margaret has continued to improve the service and provide a wonderful environment for children and staff alike. The curriculum is a great mix of educational and physical activities that our daughter loves. The staff are kind and genuinely enjoy looking after the children. Great rooms and friendly educators. My girl has recently transferred to pre-kinder room and their educator called and asked about my girl’s current progress and what I wish my girl to achieve this year. They have also introduced their program and what they have noticed, their description and advice are accurate. I found that they are more helpful and responsible.

Kew kids is an excellent place for young children with great educators and the management. I see that my child loves the centre, and talks about the centre and the educators with smile and happiness in his face. Margaret and all the educators are so friendly and responsive, and try hard to enhance the quality of the centre everyday. My child has been learning a lot through the excellent activities, and his language skills has been developing fast.

My name is Emma and I have been working in the early childhood field for 13 years and enjoyed many opportunities such as room leading, kinder teaching and management. I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood and am currently studying for my Bachelor of Early Childhood.

I have had the pleasure of working at Kew Kids since December 2022, having transferred from Story House Forest Hill where I was 2IC and Educational Leader from December 2020.

I have a love and passion for working alongside children in developing their love for learning and life skills. As a Service Manager, my aim is to build a strong, positive team culture and a centre with educational programs full of creativity, fun and a wide variety of learning.

You will often find me in one of the rooms engaging with the children and educators and I am always around to have a friendly chat with the families.
