Story House is delighted to welcome a new Service Manager to Forest Hill – Pam Karsai.
Pam has worked in Early Childhood Education and Care for over 23 years. Through her years of experience, she has established a thorough knowledge and understanding of the early childhood education and care sector which has helped her to become a well-respected leader. Her leadership qualities are based on fairness, seeking to understand, and believing that teams are equal.
Pam likes to roll up her sleeves and help wherever she’s needed, and she thoroughly enjoys stepping back into the rooms and engaging with children. Pam is a very positive person and loves to share her enthusiasm with everyone around her.
Pam’s personal and professional philosophy is to work collaboratively with families, educators and the wider community, to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children in her care.
When she’s away from the service, she loves spending time with her family which include 2 beautiful girls, Lily (12) and Holly (5), and her husband, Daniel.
